I never understood what all the hype about yoga was until I tried Chitta Yoga. They have a variety of classes to choose from to meet everyone’s needs. My yoga meditation course was wonderful. You feel warm and welcome and the opportunity to explore yourself in your own speed. An outstanding place to explore the path towards yourself through yoga, pranayama and meditation with heartwarming guidance from the Chitra was so wonderful that I practice yoga at least 3 times a week now!!!

I have been attending online yoga classes by Chitra for 6 months now. Yoga has been such a relief and brought a balance to my everyday routine.
